So these last couple weeks I have been working on ideas for menu items and different ways to incorporate the smoker into traditional lunches. Right now I am working on a variety of homemade cold cuts for party treys and sandwiches. The question is whether this is something you, the customer, is interested in. Let me know your thoughts or what you would like to see in the truck this fall and winter.

Things that are great in the food world!

1. Finding the one cherry in fruit cocktail.
2. Finding the prize in the cereal box (this dated me a bit 😜).
3. Extra olives and peppers in my salad
4. Finding that piece of fat or bacon in your beans. I mean seriously, what is better than that.
5. Okay, maybe one more thing…
Serving and getting to know so many of you over this summer. This job was never about getting rich quick or making a fast dollar. It was always about perusing my passion after a career in Insurance, Banking and Finance. While the paychecks were great, I never truly felt happy. Each morning I wake up sore and tired, but am rejuvenated by the great people that come to our truck each day. Stay hungry Sioux Falls and know that we are working on staying open for the fall and winter and as always contact us about our catering or meal prep.
