Benzina’s Bistro is growing and we’re looking for reliable, positive people to join our kitchen team! We’re hiring for all kitchen positions with flexible hours, paid training, and free meals every shift.

What you’ll do
• Prep ingredients, cook to order, and keep the line moving during rushes
• Operate fryer and oven safely and consistently
• Keep a clean, organized, food-safe workspace (sanitize, label, rotate)
• Work as a team to deliver fast, friendly service
• Cross-train across stations as needed

What we’re looking for
• Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus (not required—we train!)
• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and reliability
• Able to stand on your feet, lift up to ~30 lbs, and handle a fast pace
• Weekend/closing availability preferred (we’re flexible)
