Being a business owner is hard, but ON TOP of being a mom, it’s a bitch. And this week was just one of those weeks.

Many tears were shed, car screaming sessions were heard, self doubt and mom guilt loomed around every corner, hundreds of messages were left unread, and sleepless nights haunted me.

I lost a client. I got cussed out. I got some very hard news as a mom. I grounded children. Every time I opened my email, it seemed to cost me money. And somewhere in between all of that, I was still supposed to run a business, answer messages, show up for events, make decisions and pretend I knew what the hell I was doing… I did not.

So here’s your reminder that behind the fun posts, big events and lemonade pictures, there is a very real person who occasionally sits in her car looking exactly like this.

This week was sh*tty. Next week, we try again.
