We took a look at today’s forecast, and it’s just not looking like a great Biergarten day.

So we’re CLOSED TODAY and saving our energy for a big Saturday at Der Bierstand.

Tomorrow we open at 1 PM, slinging bier, brats, flatbreads and more all afternoon and straight through the Sidestreet MKTS HOF Night Market 2026, running from 4–9 PM.

We’re open at 1:00 today! 🍻

Due to the Taylor Swift Dance Party at the amphitheater this evening, we won’t have Live Musik in the Biergarten tonight.

But there’s still plenty to enjoy! Have you tried our new flatbreads yet? The Smokehaus BBQ and Bavarian Beef are quickly becoming customer favorites!

Grab a cold bier, try one of our newest menu items, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with us. See you soon!

Starting this Friday, we’re serving up TWO brand-new flatbreads that are packed with smoky, savory flavor!

🍖 Smokehaus BBQ Flatbread
Our haus-smoked pulled pork, bier cheese, caramelized onions, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

🥩 Bavarian Beef Flatbread
Shaved roast beef, bier cheese, caramelized onions, and a creamy horseradish sauce.

🧀 Pair either one with our Haus Smoked Mac & Cheese for the ultimate comfort food combo!

These items will be available Fridays and Saturdays only, beginning this week.

And if you haven’t tried it yet, our new haus-smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich is now available Thursday through Saturday!

Well… Mother Nature wins again. 🌧️

Due to the current and forecasted rain, the band is unable to perform, and with showers expected throughout the day, we just can’t reliably open in between the rain. Unfortunately, Der Bierstand will be closed today.

This summer has been a humbling reminder of just how much an outdoor biergarten depends on the weather. We know it’s frustrating when our hours change unexpectedly, and believe us—we wish we could count on them as much as you do.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for continuing to support us through a season that’s been anything but predictable. We can’t wait to see everyone when the sun decides to cooperate. 🍻

FRIDAY - Unfortunately, due to the unhealthy air quality and unexpected staff shortages, Der Bierstand will be closed today.

As an outdoor biergarten, we’d rather wait for better conditions than have you enjoy your favorite bier and food under smoky skies.

Our new flatbreads will have to wait just a little longer and are now planned to debut next Friday. In the meantime, stop by to try our new Haus Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich when we reopen!

Please watch our social media for updates on our Saturday hours. If the air quality doesn’t improve, we’ll share any changes as soon as possible.
