It’s with heavy hearts that we share that Kay’s Cafe will close on September 30th. Rising costs of goods, increasing expenses, and family obligations have made it time to step away.
Thank you for supporting us, laughing with us, and becoming part of our story. You turned a little cafe into a community, and we’ll cherish that forever. Stop by these last few weeks so we can share one more cup together.

FROM THE WINY RADIO NEWSROOM: LOCAL POWERLIFTER HEADING TO WORLD POWERLIFTING PRO MEET: FROM MIKE BEHRLE - Windham County Strength & Private Fitness: Killingly resident and current ECSU sophomore Sherrie Simoneau, 19 years old, recently became the youngest powerlifter ever
to receive an invitation to compete in the World Powerlifting Organization Pro Meet being held at historic York Barbell in York, PA on Sunday November 9th. She finished 2024 ranked in the top 50 in the world among all female multi-ply powerlifters and has accepted the invite to compete among the best of the best!
