A rich, slow-cooked meat sauce, consisting of ground beef and pork, built on a foundation of finely diced onion, celery, and carrot. Simmered slowly over eight hours, with milk, white wine, and hand crushed tomatoes. The perfect hearty meal for this rainy weekend.

This weekend Chefs Tony & Dylan have whipped something new up for you… 😋

Begin your meal with a familiar classic, our ham and cabbage soup! Tender cabbage and diced ham in a savory broth. Comforting and delicious! 🥬🍖🍲

For the main event, we are introducing:
Stuffed Chicken Rollatini - think chicken stuffed shells but even better! 🍗🧀
Lasagna Noodles stuffed with a mixture of chicken breast and stuffing. Smothered in a creamy chicken gravy and topped with cheddar cheese. Served with garlicky sautéed green beans. Savory, cheesy, creamy and packed with flavor!

Tender cabbage leaves stuffed with seasoned ground meat, baked with sauerkraut and our homemade sauce, then served over a big helping of mashed potatoes. The ultimate comfort food dinner! 🤤

🍲 This weekend’s soup is something NEW — Cheeseburger Soup!
We decided to try something a little different this weekend, and let us tell you… it may be new, but it is delicious. Creamy, hearty, cheesy and packed with all those classic cheeseburger flavors. Come give it a try and let us know what you think! Maybe we’ll keep it in rotation!!
