Way better at cooking than photography!!! Did a retirement party at canisteo Fire department. On the menu was rib roast shaved into beef on weck, chicken, mac, beans, salt potatoes and tossed salad. It was a great Sunday Funday cook. I have been wanting to smoke a lobster 🦞 and damn they were delicious.

Melted some butter with smoked bacon sea salt, oooooowweeeee!!! 🥓 🧂

Also threw on a rib roast and some baby backs while I had the rollin'.
