Sunday Funday Wedding!! 140 pound whole hog,
Mac and cheese, beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and jalapeño cheddar Cornbread for sides (not pictured). Was a great cook!!! Thank you to the happy couple for having us cook for them and their guests on their special day.

Hope everyone enjoyed the pastrami smoked for The Valley Bar and Grill. Enjoyed doing it. On another note, its not too early to start booking your graduation parties, weddings, holiday parties, baby showers/diaper parties or whatever party you are having. We can cook for 10 or 400 give us a call!!
