Our ‘barn’ is a relaxed, warm gathering place for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, family parties, reunions, graduation parties, church functions, business meetings or office parties. The large rock fireplace adds to the rustic ambiance with huge doors opening onto a porch with views of the westward mountains, it’s a sight to behold at sundown any time of the year.

Italian night is back at The Farm — Thursday, October 1.

Dinner at 6, from scratch, from the Farm Kitchen: eggplant parmesan, penne alla vodka with sautéed shrimp, roasted garlic focaccia, orange ricotta cheesecake.

Music at 7 — Mike Guggino and Barrett Smith of the GRAMMY-winning Steep Canyon Rangers, playing Italian folk under the string lights.

And this year: a few cabins are open that night, first come, first served. Dinner, music, then morning coffee while the horses graze.

$79.95 per person.

On almost every tour, there's a moment where a couple pauses and says something like, "Wait — that's included?"

He has no idea a wedding is happening. Which is sort of the whole point.

Somewhere between the ceremony and the first dance, someone always drifts down toward the fence line.

And there he is — ears up, unbothered, completely unimpressed by the tux.

He's not on the timeline.
No one added him to a shot list.

But he turns up in the background of galleries nobody planned, in the story people tell at breakfast the next morning, in the reason a whole reception paused for a minute just to say hello.

That's the thing a real, working piece of land can do that a staged backdrop can't.

Morgan and Chris ended theirs like this.

Lifted up, laughing, with everyone they love cheering them on under the pavilion lights.
