Well our first year is a wrap! 🍀🥔❤️How did we get so lucky? I seriously have the best customers! We were busy from open past closing time tonight. Thank you to all who came out to celebrate with us. And thank you to Saylorsweets for the best cake ever! On our first year anniversary we got to celebrate also being our best sales ever so far …. Crazy and perfect day to have it. Tomorrow is Sunday breakfast potato day and also we will still have some brisket mac n cheese and lobster mac n cheese potatoes available. I’ll try and open early but I am exhausted 🥱 today way a BUSY day! But check in tomorrow 😉 otherwise we will open at normal time at 11:00

You can order online for pick up and set the time and day you want your orders, during busier times we will not be answering the phone so we won’t be taking phone orders during those times. Please please please order online or at the window 🙏😊🙏😊

We did it! Our 1st full year at the spud stop! I want to thank everyone who has came by for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and to my husband who has been my biggest supporter and took the leap of faith with me to take a chance and open up a food truck. I came from selling furniture for over 30+ years to selling food. 🤷‍♀️I also couldn’t have done without my past and present staff. And of course with all the customers who support us everyday with coming by and getting your meal or my almost 3,000 followers who share my posts both near and across the world. (it blows my mind how far my reels have gone) Some of you just come from down the street and some as far as Salem, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Sandy and Gresham. Oh and I haven’t forgotten my very furthest guests from PA and Fargo.

Please to all can make come by and celebrate with us, we will have cake and selective drinks to go with your lunch today. (Bring ID and limited to one per guest) this will start around noon today till 2:00 or until we run out of cake

We will be offering the brisket mac AND the lobster mac potato’s as the specials while supples last!

Happy Friday, and birthday eve to us at the spud stop! For the weekend special we are doing the smoked brisket mac n cheese potato!!! It was what got the majority of the votes out of this past years weekend specials. We may even throw in another popular special tomorrow. And speaking of tomorrow we will be serving cake and some beverages with your potato starting around 12:00-2:00 or till we are out. Hoping to see many of you come celebrate with us.
Today I also made a bacon cheeseburger potato soup. We are open till 7:00 tonight or till sold out!

The weekend potato that was most voted on is the smoked brisket mac n cheese potato, and I am also making bacon cheeseburger potato soup for this weekends soup.

This weekend we are bringing back the SMOKED BRISKET potato! Would you like it with the homemade Mac n cheese? I am also attempting to make pho on my day off with brisket… if it’s good I’ll make it as a weekend special soup

Oh boy it feels way longer than just over a year ago that we opened up the spud stop

Do you like baked potatoes? Soft opening early October, loaded baked potatoes with a selection of toppings and meats. We will have jumbo sized russet , sweet potatoes and tots and a variety seasonal potato soups. Come check us out and let us know if we are am missing any of your favorite toppings I’ll try and add them for your next visit!

We were treated with The Spud Stop Canby 🥔 These HUGE, loaded baked potatoes are a 10/10! Everything was absolutely delicious, and our whole team was very happy and FULL!

Today is going to be a hot one so we will not be offering tots. But we will be serving nachos,the girls asked if we could serve the breakfast potato and the bacon chicken ranch potato… ok sure why not!! And this weekend we are celebrating our one year anniversary! Thank you to all our regulars and followers we appreciate you!!
