The first home football game is tomorrow night and the senior and junior moms are baking up dessert! My contribution to the fundraiser is this toffee pretzel bar and a chewy cinnamon snickerdoodle bar. I need to cut these and package them and then this mama can head off to bed

With Easter upon us, I better get these bad boys out the door. Ive got vanilla extract in 2 oz bottles.

-Madagascar bourbon in Revel Stoke apple whiskey double fold $18
-Indonesian with peanut butter whiskey double fold $18
-Ugandan in bubbas chocolate whiskey single fold $10 (this is probably my favorite vanilla)

I’ve also got vanilla paste available $18 per 3oz bottle. Pick up in Canby or I can deliver to Tyler or Lake Benton. You can always stop out at the Lake Benton Valley Journal as I keep some on hand there as well.

Just as a reminder, I am not currently taking orders for custom cakes or cupcakes. My primary job does take up a lot of time so I primarily am in the business of homemade vanilla extract, homemade vanilla paste and homemade vanilla sugar. I'll have some vanilla powder soon as well.

I do try and have a couple of popup shops during the year and I'll make sure to post about those far in advanced for anybody wanting cake options. Thank you for the understanding.

If you’re not adding sugar to your empty paste/extract bottles? What are you doing?!

I believe in not wasting even a drop of this delicious vanilla goodness. Recently, I ran out of my all-time favorite paste (Madagascar Grade B beans in Bubbas Chocolate Marshmallow whiskey) it was an experiment that turned out to be an absolute fave!

When you’ve finished a bottle, add sugar to your empty extract or paste bottles and shake it around for a little vanilla sugar 🫶🏽 I added this bunch to the next batch of vanilla sugar that’s extracting 🖤 this batch should be ready to go in the next month or two.

Still one bag left of vanilla sugar, vanilla paste and extract also available 🖤
