Been busy the last couple days. 56th Annual Family Vacation in Old Forge / Eagle Bay!! 30lbs pork shoulder for pulled pork, split chicken breasts for some pulled chicken BBQ and a couple turkey breasts for turkey salad!! Still got some chicken to grill for chicken wing dip and some hot sauce to make.

Had a baked potato bar for dinner tonight. Toppings included broccoli, butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese sauce, bacon, pulled pork, chilli, green onions. It was awesome. I could not decide so I was given the idea of cutting the potato in half!!! 🤟 Mind blown. Then had a piece of Oreo Cookie ice cream pie. Stomach full!
