Important Update from Picante’s Canaan! 🌵

We want to clear up a little bit of confusion we’ve been hearing around town lately.

Picante’s Canaan is not affiliated with Lakeville Mexican Grill. That location was formerly Picante’s Lakeville, but it was sold last year and is under completely different ownership and management.

We are proudly right here in Canaan, serving up all your favorite authentic Mexican & Italian dishes just like we always have! We truly appreciate your continued support and can't wait to see you soon.

Pozole on September 15th at Picante's Canaan!

Today is Grito de Dolores, and nothing marks Mexico’s Independence Day quite like a steaming, bubbling pot of pozole. This iconic pre-Hispanic stew—made from hominy corn (cacahuazintle), pork or chicken, and rich chiles—is the ultimate celebration food for September 15th gatherings across Mexico and around the world. Come Celebrate with us today!!!
