We have some WICKED good news! We secured a building and the rebuild should begin in just a few short weeks! After all the stress and heartache it feels really good to start the fun part! First decision..... exterior colors!!! It will take quite a few months to get it done but we are finally on our way!!!

Today is a bittersweet day. The building is finally cleared! It is sad to see all those memories go but now we can start to get excited about what is next to come! Stay tuned, we should have some updates in the next week or so. There is still a long road ahead but getting through step one feels great!!!

We are writing this post strictly for informational purposes. We are so tired of being put on the defensive and having to be the "victims" of something so not trying to come across that way.
If anyone left ornaments between Saturday morning and tonight we apologize but we will never get them. Someone stole the bin we had there to put the ornaments in. Yup you read that correctly. It's disgusting but again that's not what this post is going to be about. I hope whoever took it needed that bin and I hope if there were ornaments in there that you get as much happiness out of them as we surely would have.
If you had dropped some off to us thank you so much for your kindness and we truly wish we had them to hang on our tree. We will put another bin there soon because we were really looking forward to filling our tree with those thoughts and memories. We could always meet people too if you aren't comfortable leaving them now. Thank you to everyone who supports us and to those who are determined to cause us harm especially after everything we are going through and this time of year, you are a special kind of evil.

We love that our amazing customers are willing to help us make new memories to hang on our tree. Right at the gates there is a tree and a bin. Please feel free to hang something on the tree or put it in the bin if it needs to be out of the weather. Annnnndddd it happened again. We are just at a loss at this point. Never have we dealt with something like this, it is just completely deflating and disheartening. Once was bad enough. Seriously to the scumbags who continue to steal from us even after being called out you are really disgusting human beings. They broke in again I guess to finish what they started. We are only sharing this at this point in hopes that someone has heard something about who is doing this.

Edited to add: people are asking about what was taken. There were a lot of small things but the biggest noticeable things would be a lot of precut insulation, a large PINK cotton candy machine, red bull cooler, Stihl pole saw, gas cans, tools, that type of stuff. Thank you for anyone who can keep an ear/eye out.

Well we were hoping to have our first update post be an uplifting and positive one but apparently some people of Campton have different ideas for that. As you know we have been stolen from multiple times before... ATV, perfume, people fishing after hours, etc. and that felt horrible as a small family run business. But it takes a whole other level of disgustingness to steal from a family who literally just lost everything. Someone walked onto our devastated property, broke into one of our sheds that survived the fire, ransacked it and stole from it all while our family is at its lowest. Who does that!!?? It's bad enough that we can't walk into a local business anymore without someone telling us the rumors going around that we did this to ourselves. Why are people saying that? Why would we ruin our lives and the lives of our children? Why would we ruin something that was doing so well and expanding? If people took the time to really think about the fact that we literally lost everything we spent years building I would hope you wouldn't be dumb enough to say those things. Yet here we are being slandered every day by a community we served tirelessly 7 days a week and now being STOLEN from to boot. A community we loved having our business in and that we cared about so much. No one, aside from our amazing customers has even reached out to say "sorry this happened to you" or "how can we help". Even through all of that we haven't said a word and looked forward to some good news to report and now this, another blow. We have always tried to stay positive, ignore any negativity that came our way and just try to do the best we can for our customers. It just honestly is very disheartening. We absolutely love our loyal customers and we are so grateful for the support while we were open and through this tragedy but wow being kicked while we are down really hurts. If anyone hears of who may have done this please reach out to let us know. We truly hope the next post we write will be the one that we are finally through the initial chaos of this and we are starting to rebuild. Thank you again to everyone who has supported us through this, the kind words and "shares" really make all the difference in the world to us.

Hey everyone. As you can imagine we have had a very shocking and devastating couple of days. We did want to take a moment to check in and more importantly thank each and every one of you for your outpouring of love, prayers and support. We are truly blessed to have such amazing customers. We are taking everything pretty much hour by hour right now just trying to figure out what the immediate needs are and what our future looks like.

We do have one possibility that we are considering. Our intention is 100% to rebuild if we are able, but of course that will take time. It is one option to buy a food truck to put on site and that way we could still offer a limited menu, continue to serve our customers, have an income, and be right on site to oversee the rebuild. We are not sure exactly what that would look like but it's one option.

That being said, if anyone knows of an available food truck for sale could you please let us know. We would need to find something affordable because so much of what we had we put into the business.

We thank you again. We couldn't do any of this without support and we hope you know from our family to all of yours we appreciate you all so much.
