Hopefully the LAST update! I'm going to have to try to take a more positive approach!! The parking lot has been realigned for the traffic flows into the spots in front. Between the chiropractor and my business we are down to 4 spaces out front (I guess we lost one to this mess!) The sign is no longer in middle of the side parking space! Yay! What was done was realignment of the first few parking spaces so I am just shifted down for that space. It's been a crazy few days but I do have to say I appreciate you! We thank our customers for understanding. Change is never easy is it!? Please try to enter at the top of the parking lot and if a spot is available along the side of our building up to the last parking spot you are able to park there. I joked with a few customers today saying if you're stopped in traffic (this was to help alleviate!) and have an order waiting I'll put on my roller skates and deliver on 322! 😀😬🤣

Construction headaches part 10????? So Penn Dot (in their infinite wisdom) decided to put a sign smack dab in the MIDDLE of my parking space I fight so hard to keep for my customers!!!! I just don't understand what pencil pusher even bothered to check where this was going. Not to mention the signs are up so for my customers and the chiropractor next store try to use the upper entrance, which will become our main entrance between the brass rail and our building. Still don't understand why my customers can't come in where they always have because next-door customers are still coming in there and also leaving from there so if you decide to come in that way and ignore the signs, I really don't care!! I am beyond frustrated with this whole thing. It looks decent, but it does nothing for my business so my customers will have to relearn to come in a different way and we'll see what the future holds for the sign in the middle of my parking space.🤷‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️🤬🤬

We’re looking for a cashier/front counter person to work Tuesday–Friday, 11 AM–3 PM, with the possibility of additional hours.

What you’ll be doing:

* Taking customer orders, using a TOAST pos system and answering calls to take orders
* Keeping the dining room clean and stocked
* Helping out in the kitchen when needed
* Most importantly, providing great customer service! 😊

This would be a great fit for a retired person, someone looking for daytime hours, or someone looking for work while the kids are in school.

🚧 Getting to The Hauz might be a little trickier than usual today!

Your best bet is to pull into the upper part of the lot, between the beer store and our building, and park wherever you can.

Bitter sweet day for us here at The Hauz. And we honored her with a breakfast this morning. Our girl, Emma is leaving us for West Chester University. She came to us as a 15 year old child wanting to work and is now 18 going off to college! We will miss her immensely, her energy, her smile and bubbly personality and her usual "hey guys I need....." when she busts through the doors to the kitchen. It has been so much fun having you as part is our family and talking for the rest of the team we love you and we will miss you!! 🥰 your Hauz Family!

Sorry to say we are going to have to close for the day. Seems that all the construction around 322 has caused a power outage. There is no ETA for service back, just a bunch of workers looking up at the lines!! There is no way to serve anyone without power. Hope to see you Saturday.
