Prayers to ole Cooter!!!

🧡 THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES,
COOTER🧡

Today, we’re tipping our hats to Ben “Cooter” Jones — a man who brought a whole lot of humor, heart, and Southern charm into living rooms for generations through The Dukes of Hazzard.

Here at The Boar’s Nest, that show is more than just part of the décor. It’s part of the nostalgia, the stories, the laughs, and the good ol’ days that inspired the atmosphere we love sharing with y’all.

Cooter Davenport was the kind of character everybody wanted in their corner — loyal, quick with a smile, always ready to lend a hand, and never too far from a little Hazzard County trouble. Ben Jones made him unforgettable.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, fellow cast members, and the generations of fans who grew up watching him.

So today, raise a glass with us to Cooter. 🍻

Thanks for the laughs. Thanks for the memories. And thanks for being part of a little piece of Americana that still brings folks together.

Rest easy, Ben. You’ll always have friends at The Boar’s Nest. 🧡
