💗 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM US! 💗

With the closing of the restaurant — which was completely out of our hands, and I won’t get into all of that — me and Gary have moved back up around the Cape Girardeau area.

I also just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for all the messages, calls, texts, and check-ins we’ve received since we closed. 🥹❤️ You guys have no idea how much that has meant to us. This whole situation has really shown us who was truly there for us and who our real friends are. We couldn’t thank y’all enough for all the love and support you’ve shown us. ❤️

With that being said, a LOT of people have been asking me to start selling my goodies again, so I’m just throwing the idea out there and seeing what everyone thinks! 👀🥰

I’m thinking about starting back up selling my sweets, viral fruit pastries, Dubi cups, and all the other good stuff! 🍓🍫🍰 And YES, I’ll even sell my Alfredo by the BIG PAN for family dinners, parties, and get-togethers! 🤤

I’m going to need a little help getting the word out, though! We’ll use our Crows Nest Pizzeria page to sell everything since we’ve already built such an amazing following there, and we’ll also use our TikTok!

So if you have family or friends in the Benton, Sikeston, Scott City, Cape Girardeau, or Jackson areas, PLEASE invite them to our page and share this post! 🥹❤️ I would really, really appreciate it!

A little behind-the-scenes look at what happened today…

We’ve had a lot of people ask us, “How do y’all run out of dough so fast?” or “Why don’t you just make more?”

Unfortunately, this is exactly why.

With the extreme heat, our pizza dough over-proofed overnight, meaning it rose way too much and is no longer usable. Instead of having extra dough like people think, we’re actually having to throw away nearly $300 worth of pizza dough today. 😞

We’ll still be OPEN today, but we’ll have a limited amount of dough available. We’ll be serving everything we can that was still good, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Running a small business means sometimes Mother Nature has other plans, and this is one of those days. We truly do our best to prepare enough dough for everyone, but we also have to be careful not to make too much because situations like this can happen—especially during these hot summer months.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It means more to us than you’ll ever know. ❤️🍕

📣 Hours Update for Today 📣

Just a quick heads up! We will be opening a little later than usual today.

🕓 Opening at 4:00 PM (instead of 2:00 PM)

To make up for the later opening, we’ll also be staying open later tonight!

🌙 We’ll be serving until 10:00 PM.
