Join us for the final dinner in our Meet the Winemaker Series as Chef Andrew Thai presents a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with the expressive wines of Extradimensional Wine Co.

Hosted by winemaker Hardy Wallace, the evening will feature guided pairings and stories behind each wine. Known for his small-lot, terroir-driven wines and minimal-intervention approach to California winemaking, Hardy crafts bottles that are vibrant, distinctive, and full of character.

Known for producing small-lot, terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention, Extradimensional Wine Co. embraces a fresh, adventurous approach to California winemaking, resulting in wines that are vibrant, distinctive, and full of character.
