Looking a great business with lots of potential in a beautiful part of Texas?
King's Smokehouse has been a great business in Camp Wood since 2011. What started as a butcher shop with little inventory and take out hamburgers quickly became an upscale convenience store with deer processing and specialty meat items. Then came a more extensive menu and in-house dining and a wide array of domestic and imported beer, wine, grocery inventory, custom spices, and fresh bakery delights. The building is rustic and handsome, with a large parking lot, wrap around porch with tables, and a small outdoor stage for entertaining. It sits on 1.85 acres, with plenty of room for rental cabins. There is a separate screened-in building that was used for cooking barbecue. There are three walk in coolers and a walk in freezer, private office, his and her bathrooms, and a full attic that could be converted to an owner's private living space. All fixtures and machinery convey. Karen-Anne Espinosa
