The Mingus Union tailgate has been postponed to Thursday, October 29. We will NOT be at Mingus tomorrow, Wednesday, October 21.

Since our special tailgate food is already prepped, we’re bringing it to a last-minute pop-up this Friday, October 23, at The Copper Sparrow in Camp Verde, right next door to Ruby Road! 🐦🔥

We are officially FULL-TIME and our calendar is already almost booked for the rest of the year! If you’re planning a holiday party, company event, family gathering, wedding, or special event and want Bushmaster BBQ there, contact us now before our remaining dates are gone.

🦃 THANKSGIVING TURKEY PRE-ORDERS ARE OPEN!
We’re taking orders for 12–16 lb slow-smoked turkeys, cooked low and slow with that Bushmaster flavor. Turkeys will be ready for pickup the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, so all you have to do on Thanksgiving Day is heat, serve, and enjoy.

Spaces and turkeys will be limited, so message us now to reserve your catering date or Thanksgiving turkey!
