We couldn’t let National Cheese Day pass without looking back at one of our favorite interactive catering experiences: the “Cacio E Pepe” Pasta Wheel Station from last year’s event.🧀🍝

Fresh pasta, tossed tableside in a wheel of aged Parmesan and finished with a touch of fire. Perfection.🔥
