We’re honored to share that owner and operator, Christian Collins has been named Outstanding Community Member from the El Dorado County School Boards Association for the Camino District.

With deep family roots in Shingle Springs, Camino, and Po***ck Pines, Christian (together with his wife, Lexi) has built both and around what the community truly wants: great food, great people, and a place to connect.

Sierra Taphouse & Pizza wouldn’t be what it is without the amazing young crew that keeps it running day in and day out. Their energy, work ethic, and commitment to taking care of customers is what makes this place special.
