Today was another one of those days that reminded us just how blessed we are to have the team we do. ❤️

Our employees always come through for us in the important ways… the long days, the hot pits, the big catering gigs, the small catering gigs, the last-minute details, the smiles, the hustle, and everything in between.

We truly could not feed the BBQ world without them. They show up, work hard, represent Hecho En Texas with pride, and help us serve our customers the way we believe they deserve to be served.

To our team: thank you. We appreciate you more than words can say, and we’re so grateful to have y’all by our side. Today’s catering job was a success because of every single one of you. 🔥🍖❤️
