Rest in peace Larry! We will never forget you ❤️‍🩹

The management and tenants of Burke Junction shopping center, in Cameron Park, are announcing with a heavy heart the passing of Larry Foster. Icon, friend and wild rooster spirit of our little town.

Larry has lived at the shopping center for over 10 years and has thrilled and delighted many friends neighbors and shoppers at our center and he will be sorely missed. Every day Larry could be found walking through the streets of Burke Junction with a friendly cock-a-doodle-doo greeting. He had many friends and admirers from all over the country.

Please stay tuned for memorial services to be held over by the Slingshots Bar, his home and happy place for all these many years.

Some years ago we made a documentary about Larry's wonderful influence and remarkable personality at our little town. We hope you enjoy this video.

Limited indoor dining is available! Please be patient as we continue to be short-staffed and are navigating various supply-chain shortages and ever-increasing operating costs. No table service is available on the patio, but guests are welcome to order and pay at the counter if they want to enjoy their meal outdoors.

As always, we are so thankful for our guests and patrons who continue to support and love us. We just passed our 4-year anniversary, and hopefully we can all celebrate in full force next year for our 5th!
