Hey everyone, this Friday we will be at Demolition Brewing in Laurie from 12:00 to 5:00 pm and Saturday we will be at Walmart in Camdenton from 11:00 to 5:00 pm. We will have the full menu and the B*W specials for both nights or until we run out!

With the storm I cooked too much food for this week, so I am offering to sell it all in bulk at a discounted price until Thurs. Feel free to place a bulk order in the comments or reach out to me on messenger. Brisket will be sold at $19 a pound, pulled pork and chicken at 15$ a pound, and you can add a side or some dessert for 3$ each. Sides include apple pie baked beans or smoked Mac and cheese, and the dessert is a smoked strawberry blueberry cobbler

Hey everyone! This week we have 2 events we will be participating in. The First one is on friday the 26th, and is called the One Nation Under God Concert. It is a free concert held at the St. Patrick's Church in Laurie, and the concert will be held at 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Then the day after (Satuday the 27th), Held at the Laurie park will be the First Annual Laurie Sip and Stroll. They will host a few Breweries and Wineries, as well as craft vendors and Food trucks. It will run from 11:00 am to 4:00pm. For both of these and any future events we will have a smaller festival menu.

Thank you to everyone in laurie, we didn't know what to expect for business our first night in town, but you guys blew our expectations out of the water and we are officially sold out! Sorry to those that couldn't make it until later, but we will be sure to bring more next time.

Thank you so much to everyone at Walmart who came today, we sold more than I expected. So tomorrow we will have a paired down menu with a new special item. Tomorrow will be the first day we introduce the B*W's (big beautiful wings) a set of three full wings smoked and seasoned with my homemade dry rub and fried to completion, they will be 9$ for 3 full wings and a dipping sauce or make it a combo and add a side for $12
