We sold our cookie trailer.

Not because we didn’t love it but, because life shifted. After moving back to eastern NC, the reality is we just weren’t using it the way we once did. What used to be a booked up trailer in the Piedmont Triad turned into only two events here… and it didn’t feel right letting something so special sit still.

That trailer deserved to keep serving people, making memories, and being part of something bigger… and now it gets to 🤍 (we can’t wait to share who… we’re going to let them announce first!)😉

BUT HERE’S THE REALLY SWEET PART…

While one chapter closed, something unexpected has BLOSSOMED 🌸

Our little pink self-serve cooler has absolutely TAKEN OFF here and your support has blown us away. (And guys, God did this because honestly, that works so much better for my schedule of being with my littles right now).

EXCITING UPDATE‼️

As I take a step back this summer to focus on my health and some other priorities, I’m incredibly thankful to have someone amazing stepping in alongside me.

I’m so excited to officially introduce Elaina — a dear friend and truly talented baker! She loves others so well, and I feel so honored to welcome her as part of the Knead Grace team.

Elaina will be bringing fun new flavors and delicious ideas to Knead Grace this summer while also continuing some of the goodies you already know and love.

Please help me give Elaina a warm welcome! 🤍

Hey, y’all! 🍪‼️ Full disclosure: This is a bit of a vulnerable/don’t-really-want-to-make/admit this post.🙈

I wanted to share a little update and let you know why things have been quiet around here lately. I’ve been dealing with some health complications and have realized I need to step back from the bakery for a bit while I focus on getting healthier for #1, my family and #2, the people I serve.

This is not an easy decision, because this little business means so much to me. Your support has truly been such a gift and has helped make it possible for me to stay home with my littles, which is the greatest blessing of all.

The good news is: I am working on something behind the scenes that will still let you enjoy goodies throughout the summer, and I’ll share more details soon. Until then, please bear with me, and keep the suggestions coming. I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. 🤍
