It says a lot when you come to your nephew’s birthday party and your niece has made the birthday cake—not just this year, but for the last two years. ❤️

The cake was incredibly moist, absolutely delicious, and made with so much love and talent. I couldn’t be more proud of the amazing baker she’s becoming.

I already can’t wait for her to make the cake for our vow renewal… now we just have to get that celebration planned! 🎂💕 So proud to call her my niece.

One of my former Montessori parents sent me the sweetest message today… her son has been asking for my Strawberry Lemonade Cookies! 🍓🍋

What’s my signature cookie? 🤠🍪

One question I’ve been asked over and over is, “What’s your signature cookie?”

To be honest, I never really had an answer. I always thought it would be my soft, gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie or my Carolina Cowboy Cookie.

The Carolina Cowboy is packed with pecans, coconut, oatmeal, cornflakes, chocolate chips, and just the right touch of cinnamon. Every bite is full of flavor, and somehow it all comes together perfectly.

When I asked a friend which cookie she thought represented me best, she didn’t even hesitate.

“Hands down, Carolina Cowboy.”

She said, “When you bite into it, every flavor works together, and it’s just delicious.”

That got me thinking…

When my husband and I first started dating, Carolina Cowboy was the very first cookie I baked for him. After one bite, he looked at me and said,

“I’ve sold a lot of food, and I know I can sell your cookies.”

That one cookie started something bigger than either of us imagined. We’ve been together ever since, and he’s believed in this dream from the very beginning.

So after all this time, I finally have my answer.
