Hey! There was a food truck competition here in Asheville this weekend and the winner had a chicken tender taco with watermelon salad. So glad you were ahead of the curve in Camden and made these a success for me!

If anyone is watching "Z: The Beginning of Everything" on Amazon Prime, you may find this article interesting. Zelda Fitzgerald was hospitalized here in Asheville for many years and died in the fire referenced in the article. http://mountainx.com/news/tuesday-history-the-fire-at-highland-hospital/

In 1948, the hospital gained national attention when nine patients, including Zelda Fitzgerald, perished in a fire at Highland Hospital's central building.
