This Cinco de Mayo was one of our best yet, and we couldn’t have done it without your incredible support. 🌮🎉

When La Ingrata was created, for Karla it was never just a restaurant. From the very beginning, she dreamed of creating a place filled with memories, emotions, and moments that would always remind her of who she is and where she comes from.

But among all those memories, there was one person she carried closest to her heart: her mom.

Being far away from her has never been easy, and that is why Karla wanted a part of her mom to always live within La Ingrata. She asked her to handwrite “La Ingrata,” because to Karla it was never just a name. It was a way to feel her close every single day. To find her in every detail, every corner, and every person who walks through these doors.

Her handwriting carries love, history, and home. And for Karla, seeing it here is a reminder that even through distance, a mother’s love always finds a way to stay close.

Today we celebrate all mothers and thank them for everything they are. Thank you for your endless love, your strength, your sacrifices, and for the marks you leave on our hearts forever. 💐

Last night we had the honor of being part of a very special evening at MANNA, celebrating the 5-year finale of CHEF Radio LIVE! alongside Chef and an incredible group of chefs. 🍽️✨

An event that brings purpose to the table, supporting MANNA’s mission to provide nourishing meals and medical nutrition therapy to individuals facing critical illnesses.

Thank you for the invitation and for allowing us to be part of this final chapter celebrating Latin culture. We’re also grateful for every opportunity to collaborate with MANNA and other organizations that allows us to continue our commitment to the community and work toward a better place to live. ❤️
