I’d like to make a post to respond to a few negative experiences I’ve been made aware of lately. I usually perfer to handle my issues directly but I either wasn’t tagged or am unable to make comments to apologize.
The issues that I have observed are all 100% valid and I agree are unsatisfactory. I promise my sincere attention to hopefully correct these negative experiences. A restaurant is a continuous rotation of new and young employees mixed with managers, always trying to maintain a standard. With every exceptional season it only raises the bar of expectations. I believe I have a great crew doing a great job but I know we can do better.
NO EXCUSES. Any reasoning I could give should stay back of house. A customers only concern should be enjoyment of their dining experience. I can’t promise that you won’t ever get a dry tender or cold fry again but I can guarantee you that I will always try to make it right. I will always refund or replace any issue.
I do want to sincerely apologize again for the disappointing experiences lately. I know I have a great crew that desires to serve and make your dining experiences exceptional! I hope we get the opportunity!
