Made from roasted red and green bell peppers, chipotle, smoked paprika, and sweet piquillo peppers.

Finished with a hint of lemon, Parmeggiano Reggiano, and capped with basil cream.

Served as part of our menu at the Packing House in Cambridge on Thursdays and Fridays 12-3pm.

For years, he worked aboard the family’s boat, experiencing firsthand the long hours, hard work, and dedication our local watermen put in every day to bring food from the Chesapeake to our tables.

That connection is still at the heart of what we do at Bayside Bistro.
