We use fresh fruits, edible flowers and seasonal vegetables in almost everything we make. Our breads, cakes, cookies, tarts and pies are hand-made from scratch. We hand-mill much of our own flour so that our baked goods not only taste better, they are better for you. And YES! Everything we make is indeed gluten-free!
