Each week our kitchen sits down to plan what we'll be cooking — picking what's seasonal, what's fresh, what we're excited to make. Usually, you have to wait and see what shows up in the coolers and bakery case. Now you can get a sneak peek and order before it sells out.

A great charcuterie board doesn't have to be complicated.

Grab a few things from The Market, find a board, and you're most of the way there.

Here's how we'd build one:

All month long, our sandwich specials feature some of the finest cheese around. This week: ham, apple, and brie on grilled sourdough with orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, and fresh spinach.
