Hello all. We have a bittersweet announcement to make.
CC Sandwiches will be closing its doors as we inch a bit closer to something known as retirement. Our last day of service will be Saturday, June 22, 2024. With that being said, if you need your CCS fix, get down here and ‘Grab a sammich or ‘summin’!
CC Sandwiches opened in 2015 because, quite honestly, we had a vacant space in our building so we decided to try something new, and also something that we thought Cambridge needed, and CC Sandwiches was born. 8 years and an interesting pandemic later here we are alive and kicking. We’ve absolutely had a great time serving our local community and far beyond. We even made it onto the website ‘Only in Your State’ as one of “11 Wisconsin Sandwiches You Have To Try Before You Die” with Dave’s creation The Brisket.
We are also known for other unique favorites such as The Kaboom (one of Tara’s creations), the Apple Grilled Cheesy, and of course the “Midwest” Lobster Roll. There are also many other delicious menu items that our loyal customers are sure to miss.
This was truly an enjoyable and successful adventure but as life changes so do our dreams. We have decided to move in a new direction and focus on our future life endeavors which will most certainly create new and exciting adventures.
A well-deserved shout out to all our past and present employees and especially Margaret for being there from the beginning. She has had close to perfect attendance and is one of the hardest working employees we have ever had. Plus she is freakishly strong, lol. Love you Margaret.
Great memories have been made and we will miss CCS and our customers dearly.
We wish the future owners of the building great success. We are sure they will be an attribute to our growing community.

Get Fired Up!

What's for lunch? Get in on the Food, Fire & Fun Tour with a couple of dandy sammies from Sandwiches, the coolest sandwich shop in Cambridge with fresh veggies, soups and stick-to-your-ribs chow that is so, so delicious! The Kaboom! is one of their mainstays (grilled chicken breast, spicy bbq sauce, jalapeños and pineapple coleslaw on a ciabatta) and their new offering is the Fire Fest Brisket (sliced smoked beef brisket, melted Wisconsin hot pepper cheese curds, crispy jalapeño kettle chips with bacon jam and mayo on a pretzel roll). Available June 7 and June 8!

These duds are wanting to head to the pool. Although that’ll have to wait for next summer. I guess a bowl of soup will do for now.😂
