Summer cooking classes are in full swing. We still have a few spots left for our “Summer Chills” frozen desserts class (ice cream cones included) with Executive Pastry Chef Nikolas Mastalerz and are now taking sign-ups for new classes in July and August—featuring a class with Ana Sortun all about tomatoes! La Boîte à Épices (“The Spice Box”) is known for its exceptional spice blends, including “Ana”, created for Chef Ana Sortun. This blend combines rose petal, sumac, Urfa chile, and other savory spices inspired by Ana’s cooking. We love its bright, floral warmth sprinkled over roasted chicken, tossed into noodle salads or on cucumbers, grape leaf dolma or stirred into grain dishes.

There’s no better time than a heat wave to enjoy a drink that’ll cool you down. While you can’t go wrong picking something off of our beverage menu—it’s all brewed and
squeezed in-house—we do have a few summer favorites.

Lada’s Iced Tea is a citrus lover’s dream, blending Herbal tea with apricot jam, orange jam, fresh orange and lemon juice. For those in need of caffeine: Red Dragon Iced Tea.
It gets its vibrant color from a mixture of China Jade Green tea and sour cherry puree.

Prefer coffee? Our Greek Coffee is a simple combo of Karma iced coffee topped with mastic-rose cold foam. Like we said, you can’t really go wrong.
