It’s baaaaaack! It’s been a few (five?!) years but we’ve just added the ceviche maki back on the takeout menu!
Shrimp, avocado, pickled jicama, topped with salmon, lime, tomato, cilantro, chile, West Virginia salt.
So many of you loved this one, not sure why we didn’t do this sooner…
