seasonal barista drink #3: HORCHATA ICED LATTE.

we spent a while toiling over a horchata recipe. we ended up with a jasmine rice and cinnamon base that we blend with rich simple syrup to get a concentrated horchata flavor. we combine it with your milk of choice and a double shot of espresso for the latte. it’s fun and craveable and kind of reminds us of cinnamon toast crunch.

summer barista drink #2: KIWI ESPRESSO TONIC

you may ask- why? to which we’d answer- kiwhy not?

kiwi syrup, Counter Culture Coffee espresso, and tonic water. it’s bitter, briny, tangy and bewildering, and on the menu now!

new seasonal barista drinks just droppppppped. first up: passion fruit matcha!

water-based matcha from MEM 🍵 TEA + passion fruit = a tart, earthy, summer drink. it’s a little grassy in that gap fresh cut kind of way, and really refreshing.

eastside girls is a delightful and refreshing version of the classic eastside cocktail. cucumber + mint + gin = yes.
