To us, Bici Bici is the epitome of summer. A dessert from the Adana region of Turkey, the dish unites shaved ice, syrup, jellies and fresh fruit or powdered sugar. Our take is composed of mulberry granita (shaved ice) and labne jellies, served with basil seeds soaked in a strawberry mint syrup and garnished with fresh raspberries and fairy floss (aka Turkish cotton candy).
