What’s my all new Swedish Almond Cake flavor all about?? Well, I’m glad you asked! It’s a deliciously nutty almond cake with freshly grated white cardamom seeds & vanilla bean seeds, topped with the fluffiest almond buttercream spiked with honey and vanilla beans and topped with freshly candied almonds🤤 Yes, your crazy local cupcake lady spent a chunk of yesterday cracking open white cardamom pods just to grind the seeds for these cupcakes. And, man! Can you taste it! 🧁🇸🇪 Come and get ‘em at the Lindström Public Market until 3 today!

I’m all set up at the Lindström Public Market for the Midsommer celebration!🇸🇪🧁🍓
Lindström is hopping today! There is so much fun stuff going on all over town. Rootstock Herbals has a mobile salt cave right next door, there’re food trucks galore, floral headbands and CUPCAKES! Today’s cupcake flavors are fully Scandinavian! I’ve got Swedish Almond cake, Chocolate-Fudge and Strawberries n cream. Plus, triple berry shortbread bars that are bursting with fresh summer flavor! 😋

I’m coming in hot with traditional Midsommer flavors this weekend! I’ve got it all-strawberries , raspberries, almonds and fudge (the closest I could get to the traditional Kladdkaka cake while still following the cottage foods laws (no custard cakes/ pies, or things that need to be refrigerated))! I’ll be at the Cambridge Farmers Market from 9-1 and at the Lindström Public Market from 12-3. I hope to see you there🧁🍓🍫

It’s another gorgeous morning at the Cambridge Farmers Market☀️ We’ve got Hungrys Cheesesteak food truck serving up their outstanding cheesesteaks😋, freshly squeezed lemonade, kids activities and a fantastic lineup of vendors! Today’s cupcake flavors are PB & J, Lemon Delight & Mocha Mania. I also have a few slices of rhubarb strawberry pie 🥧 Head out early for the best selection!

I’ll be whipping up batches of these delicious flavors for the markets this weekend. The fan favorite PB & J will be decked out with homemade rhubarb jelly, Mocha Mania with freshly brewed Tanzanian peaberry from GRITO coffee and the ever popular Lemon Delight 🍋☕️🥜🧁

Orange Dreamsicle & S’mores are both limited edition summer flavors that only get made a few times a year. So come early for the best selection! I also have some strawberry- rhubarb shortbread bars with freshly picked rhubarb 🍓

There’s a reason S’mores is by far my most popular seasonal summer flavor🤤 They are a labor of love… but 100% worth it! Graham cracker crust, chocolate cake filled with homemade marshmallow fluff, vanilla buttercream and milk chocolate 🧁
