To all our customers who use Uber Eats… I want to apologize for the technical issues the Café experienced last Thursday when there were no drivers issued to our location to deliver lunches.

We experienced horrible delivery delays all day and many customers did not receive their lunch. The undelivered food was donated to the hard working staff at Brigham and Women’s - they were greatly appreciative .

We appreciate your business but would love to have you order directly through the Als Café app or from visiting our website. We graciously request avoiding 3rd party platforms if possible.

Als Café thanks you for your loyalty and hopes you will accept our apologies .

Starting Monday 5/4. As part of our Al’s Cares Campaign we are now working with the City of Cambridge and their Meals for Shelters Program to help feed those in need.

Al’s will be opening soon on Monday May 5th with some new ordering and delivery options. We will be implementing strict distancing guidelines and procedures to protect our valued customers and employees. We’ll be going live with a new online ordering platform through Chow Now and Door Dash along with our current options through Snack Pass, Peach, Uber Eats or simply call ahead.
