A Message to Our Minty’s Family & Friends

To our valued Minty's community,

I don’t usually engage on social media, but I feel it’s important to address a recent situation that has impacted our business. A former staff member posted some negative and untrue comments online, and I believe it’s necessary to set the record straight.

The real issue at hand is that this former employee was drinking alcohol while on duty, which is something we take very seriously. Our priority is to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our staff and customers. When rules are broken, especially when it compromises the integrity of our service, we have to take action. More truth, I lowered my standards to stay open and allowed a person to work which was against my better judgement.

It’s disheartening to see how misinformation can spread so easily on social media, turning falsehoods into accepted “truths.” Our goal has always been to support and build up the community, "love thou neighbor" not get dragged into negativity. We’re here to create a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy, and we won’t let one false narrative take away from that.

We deeply appreciate your continued support and trust in us. We are committed to providing a positive atmosphere and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits Minty’s. Thank you for standing with us and for helping us uphold the values that make Minty’s Place a special part of this community.

**Hello Mintys Family!**

We’re facing a couple of unexpected challenges today. Unfortunately, our fryer is out of commission, and one of our refrigerators is running at 77.5 degrees. We've already scheduled service for today to get everything back on track.

But despite these hurdles, we're still here, giving it our all! Your positive energy and support mean the world to us as we navigate these bumps in the road.

"Mosey on down to Mintys as we swing open the garden gates (weather permitting) for our all-new Chill & Grill menu! We’re servin’ up simple Southern favorites like fried fish with hush puppies, Harriet’s juicy fried chicken, and a classic jumbo hot dogs with an all the fixins and side of beans. Pair your plate with an ice-cold beer or a glass of fine wine. Come on by and savor the good ol’ Southern charm!"

Thanks for all the support in the last few weeks! Stop by for our daily specials like our smothered pork chops, mash potatoes and gravy or southern fish or chicken sandwich. The specials change on a weekly basis. We are open Thursday-Saturday 11-7pm.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Minty’s Family & Friends!

As we approach this sacred time of year, we have decided to close temporarily for the holiday season and will reopen in 2024. During this time, we are continuing to source well experienced team members in anticipation to reopening our outdoor garden in the spring. During this time we will continue to host private events.

Thank you for your support and patience during this time of transition.
