Please join us at Geppetto for a very special w**e dinner featuring Noemi and Michele Flori of Cantina Flori on Wednesday October 28! 🍷

This is a fourth generation farming family on 40 hectares in Treiso, who have been supplying their top quality Piedmont grapes to some of the
most renowned estates in Barbaresco for a century.

The youngest have considered their family legacy. Michele and Noemi Flori have finally decided to make and bottle their own w**es for the first time in the family history. Although they have just a small cellar with a few tanks and Slavonian oak barrels, the w**es are ethereal and stunning - in the old-world delicate way that great Piedmont w**es should be.

We look forward to hosting you Noemi and Michele, as well as importer Mary Taylor, as we pair 5 of their offerings with 5 courses from the creative team behind Geppetto!
