It was a Sunday afternoon last June. We were closed and Bella was scheduled for a job interview because we were closed, but, as what happens a lot when we are closed, when I pull into the parking lot, suddenly another car pulls in, and then another, and then pretty soon we had 15 people standing in the shop wanting ice cream, one of them being Bella. I didn't know her at the time and I asked her if she wanted some ice cream and she said "No, I'm here for a job interview," and I said "Well, do you want to help me scoop some ice cream?" So she dug right in and we hit it off right then and there! Needless to say, she got the job!

Bella is a true artist and decorates all of our cookies and wow, are they adorable! Seriously, come and check them out in our case today!

Well, Bella graduated last week and we are all so proud of her! She is so gifted and creative and has a heart of gold and helps make our shop just a little bit sweeter!! :)

Free Mom cookies for all moms who come into the shop today and tomorrow! We've also got turtle and raspberry cheesecake cups, chocolate torte with raspberry sauce, Mississippi Mud Pie, Lemon Meringue tarts, pistachio cake with fudgy frosting, red velvet, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, loaded carrot cake, and so many more of mom's favorites and yours! Oh, and ice cream too! Stop by today or tomorrow. We're open from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday and noon to 8 pm on Sunday!

We’re open today! Starting today, we will be open on Sundays from noon to 8 pm! So, bring the fam, get some ice cream, sit on our new deck, and enjoy your Sundays in the summer!! :)

Progress! With the warmer weather finally here, the Scoop Deck is, well, finished - finished enough for our customers to come on up and enjoy it! We (and when I say we, I mean, my hubby Dan) will be connecting a little bridge, or cat walk as some of our customers call it, from the handicap ramp up to the deck. The kids are gonna love this! But until that gets finished, customers are very much welcome to use the stairs and enjoy a scoop of their favorite ice cream on the covered deck, and the view of Cambridge's Main Street isn't too shabby either! Did you know that Main Street was built on a hill? Many don't know this until they see it for themselves on the deck! Oh, and watch for more progress with all of his landscaping craziness coming this summer!

The Scoop Deck is also available for events! So, if you have a shower, birthday, or you just want to get a group of your favorite peeps together, consider the Scoop Deck! We can get up to 30 people on the deck. You can also bring in your own food and we'll set up a table for you!
