Taste of Texas BBQ VT We are a small restaurant serving the best Texas style smoked barbecue food around! We are a takeout only BBQ restaurant. There is an amazing view!

You can eat in your car or picnic on the grounds. Due to the fact that is it slow smoked BBQ, the meat is cooked the night before and can run out early. So come early if you really want specific items!

Shout out to all my BBQ fans ! It’s been a long cold winter, and I am so looking forward to smoking up some more great BBQ! I have all permits in hand, but yet have some hoops to jump through before making it happen. I will be posting as things progress and the weather gets warmer and all this darn snow disappears!
