We are so happy to have Granny’s Mini Donuts back up and running & serving up all the sweets. 🍭
Stay tuned for events and pop-ups and come say hi before little Guy drinks all the frozen lemonade! 😋🤣

Thank you to all of those who got treats before the awesome firework show for Pioneer Days in St Francis, and a Special shout-out for the St. Francis Police Department for letting us be a part of their Kids Bike Rodeo, it was an honor. 😊

My Uncle's Bakery will be bringing mini donuts and more as one of our Fall Event Vendors in our Food Truck Valley - YUM!

A little bit of background... Lukas McCormick of My Uncle's Bakery and his beautiful family launched this year the Mini Donut Trailer "Grannies Mini Donut Trailer" (aka Phase 1 in owning a bakery). You may have seen him at the bottle shop in St. Francis (his Friday spot) or around town, or maybe you just found out they have a mini donut trailer from this post! Regardless, be sure to check these delicious treats out at our 6th Annual Fundraiser Event at Willow Tree Winery in Ham Lake on October 5th, 2024 from 3p-9p!

Just wanted to introduce myself now that a few followers aren’t just my brothers and sisters 😄
So, hi! My name is Lukas McCormick, and this is the Mini Donut Trailer, along with my beautiful Wife and my son, Guy. Together we run Grannies Mini Donut Trailer (aka Phase 1 in owning a bakery) along with the help of my Dad, Scott.
You may have seen me at the bottle shop in St. Francis (my Friday spot) or around town, or maybe you just found out we have a mini donut trailer! Anyway, just saying hello, and thank you to everyone who has supported us lately. I appreciate you all. 😊
