Rachel made stuffed pepper soup at my request tonight, and let me tell you… this stuff was DELICIOUS! 🔥🤤

I added a little hot sauce because you know I need just a little extra kick 😂🌶️. It was a straight-up hit with everybody in the house tonight!

I don’t give her nearly enough recognition, but the truth is, Rachel keeps this household together. ❤️ She does a hell of a lot, and I know I don’t always say thank you enough.

So, Rach… thank you for the amazing soup, thank you for everything you do, and most importantly, thanks for putting up with my ass. 😂❤️

10/10 tonight. Would absolutely eat it again. 🍲🔥

Well folks, today was the last day of the Ice Cream Cottage until spring. 🍦💔

The Ice Cream Cottage and I have really built a bond over the past year, and I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie and her crew. They’ve supported me, helped me push my content, and have always been so incredibly welcoming.

They even gave me my first-ever customized item on a menu, which is something I’ll never forget. That meant a lot to me. ❤️

It’s businesses and people like this that make what I do so much more special than just food reviews.

Thank you, Stephanie and the entire Ice Cream Cottage crew, for always being so awesome and for believing in what I’m doing.

Enjoy your well-deserved offseason, guys. I can’t wait to see you all again in the spring! 🍦❤️

🔥 PIG PEN FRIES AT MAD MAC BBQ! 🐷🍟

Holy freaking pork! 🤤

The Pig Pen Fries are a HUGE portion of fresh-cut fries covered in b**r cheese, piled high with their signature pulled pork, and finished with their homemade sweet BBQ sauce.

And let me tell you… that pulled pork was 🔥. Tender, juicy, sauced to perfection, and absolutely packed with flavor. The fries stayed nice and crispy, and that b**r cheese? DELICIOUS. 🤤

Unfortunately, there won’t be a full video review this time because I managed to knock the fries over 😂🤦‍♂️ But I was able to get a few bites in before the disaster, and every bite was freaking amazing!

I’ll definitely be making the trip back to Franklin to try Mad Mac BBQ again. If you’re a BBQ lover, this place needs to be on your list!
