Cambria Dinner Project 2/20: Meatballs Mozzarella! Italian sausage and minced sirloin with herbs, garlic, anchovy, mixed together to create a savory meatball with an oozing buffalo mozzarella center. Vegan meatballs also on offer, without the cheese. Served in my gorgeous marinara over spaghetti. Gluten free options are GF penne or spaghetti squash.
