Our first full weekend is a wrap! You ran us out of food on Friday, and we came back strong for Saturday and Sunday!
We already have some fun specials in the works for next week. Can’t wait to MEAT with you again on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
Here is some eye candy from this week. Our house salad with pulled chicken, sliced brisket sandwich with chips, Sugar Bacon BLT, and one for the whole damn fam: Double or Nothin’!

It’s a chilly day! Stopped in for some Brunswick Stew, featuring our smoked brisket. On its own $10 or over mac and cheese $13.
Today’s rib sauce: Pineapple Habanero
Special Side: Broccoli Casserole.
We have blueberry cobbler and gooey warm brownies for dessert!!!

The heart of the smokehouse arrived for it’s permanent residency today! She’ll handle up to 1000 lbs of meat and keep it low and slow til it’s smoked to perfection!
Thank you Callicoon Supply for unloading this beast and giving her a temporary home while we rearrange the door frame to get her in!
