Gonna be hot this week so let’s hit some breweries!!!!! BEATRICE and SEWARD!!!!! This week we will start off on Friday the 17th with some Cajun home cooking and a craft beer at Stone Hollow Brewery in Beatrice from 11-7. Then, then, on Saturday the 18th we gotta get us even more Cajun goodness and another tasty craft beer from our friends at Bottle Rocket Brewery in Seward from 11-7. Gonna be a super fun week, hot, but fun so stop by and visit with us. This might be our last trip to these two towns this year so please tell EVERYONE!!! COME AND GET IT!!!!!! HOLDREDGE and NORTH PLATTE get Cajun!!! We start the week off right on Wednesday the 8th at Tractor Supply in Holdredge from 11-7. Then Friday the 10th you will find us relaxing with our friends at Peg Leg Brewery from 11-7. This will be a fun week they are both fabulous towns, can’t wait to see you. Our menu is in the photos, we have alligator, shrimp, catfish, jambalaya, red beans and rice, along with the absolute best boudin balls north or south of interstate 10!! We still have a few whole gators left so let us know if you would like to take one home to grill. They are 11-12 pounds each. WHAT,,,, DID YOU SAY 3 STOPS THIS WEEK?!?!?! Yes I most certainly did. LOUP CITY, HASTINGS, and CALLAWAY!!!!! Well really two and a half but we will get to that in a bit, also the menu is in the photos. Wednesday the 24th will be our first day with that krazy guy at Johnson Hunt and Fish in loup City from 11-7. Then on Friday, you can end the work week with a wonderful craft beer and a huge honkin plate of delicious Louisiana home cookin at First Street Brewery in Hastings from 11-7. Then Saturday we will be serving from 11-2 or so at Pioneer picnic in Callaway (different menu for the little festival). Update, we only have about 8 whole alligators left so reserve one now!!! “Go west ole man” they said,,,,,,,, so GERING and ALLIANCE HERE WE COME!!! We haven’t opened the last couple weeks, but we are going to make up for it now!! Thursday the 4th we will be with our friends at Paul Reed Construction in Gering from 11-7. We got shut down early due to Weather last time but hoping it holds out for us this time. Then Friday you can get your Cajun fix in Alliance on the corner of 3rd and Emerson from 11-7. If you haven’t tried our food truck out yet, it’s time to see what all the fuss is about. It’s time to try TRUE Cajun home cooking and see for yourself why our food is known nation wide. Only opening one day this week so we had to make it a good one,,,,,,,, McCOOK gets CAJUN!!!! Kari helps with election, lil Miss Layla (granddaughter) graduates pre K, busy week but we still going to have fun!! We will be at Tractor Supply in McCook from 11-7 on Friday the 15th. Wind might blow Thursday, and it might rain Friday they say. Guess which one I know they get right!!! So not sure what will happen, but we headed to OSHKOSH and SIDNEY THIS WEEK!!! Starting off Thursday the 23rd in the wind in Oshkosh at Oshkosh Truck Shop on Hwy 26 from 11-7. Then Friday, (hoping the rain holds out for a bit) we will be at the HOSPITAL in Sidney from 11-7. YEP NEW SPOT SO HEAD OVER TO THE HOSPITAL ALL ARE INVITED!!!
