“Go west ole man” they said,,,,,,,, so GERING and ALLIANCE HERE WE COME!!! We haven’t opened the last couple weeks, but we are going to make up for it now!! Thursday the 4th we will be with our friends at Paul Reed Construction in Gering from 11-7. We got shut down early due to Weather last time but hoping it holds out for us this time. Then Friday you can get your Cajun fix in Alliance on the corner of 3rd and Emerson from 11-7. If you haven’t tried our food truck out yet, it’s time to see what all the fuss is about. It’s time to try TRUE Cajun home cooking and see for yourself why our food is known nation wide. Only opening one day this week so we had to make it a good one,,,,,,,, McCOOK gets CAJUN!!!! Kari helps with election, lil Miss Layla (granddaughter) graduates pre K, busy week but we still going to have fun!! We will be at Tractor Supply in McCook from 11-7 on Friday the 15th. If you haven’t tried our food truck yet, now is the time. Our menu is in the photos. We love to give free samples, just ask at the window and you will see what all the fuss is about. ALBION and COZAD WE ON OUR WAY!!! The week will start on Wednesday the 6th in Albion at Kayton International from 11-7. Then Friday you will find us at Tractor Supply in Cozad from 11-7. Also, we still have whole alligators just in time for graduation!!! Super easy to throw on a pellet smoker, you will have the coolest graduation party with a whole alligator on the table!! Wind might blow Thursday, and it might rain Friday they say. Guess which one I know they get right!!! So not sure what will happen, but we headed to OSHKOSH and SIDNEY THIS WEEK!!! Starting off Thursday the 23rd in the wind in Oshkosh at Oshkosh Truck Shop on Hwy 26 from 11-7. Then Friday, (hoping the rain holds out for a bit) we will be at the HOSPITAL in Sidney from 11-7. YEP NEW SPOT SO HEAD OVER TO THE HOSPITAL ALL ARE INVITED!!! Big week!!!! VALENTINE and MINDEN HERE WE COME!!! (New parking spot for Minden and new frozen products so read on!) Wednesday the 15th (tax day yuck) we start the day off in Valentine at Bomgaars from 11-7. Then Friday we got asked to park at the 52 Taphouse in Minden. We will also be there from 11-7. I haven’t been to 52 Taphouse yet but heard lots of good stuff about them so let’s go see em together. As mentioned in the beginning, we have some new frozen items on the menu (which is in the photos). Those would be bacon wrapped pork tenderloins stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños, along with boudin stuffed bell peppers!! If you haven’t tried us out yet, we have frozen products for you to take home for later or hot fresh Louisiana home cooking hot ready to eat now. GOTHENBURG WE HEADED YOUR WAY!!!! I’m not sure what’s happening in the crazy world of weather this week but Wednesday is looking good so we headed to John Deere in Gothenburg on Wednesday the 8th from 11-7. I have 4 weather apps, one is saying snow, one is saying rain, one is saying sunny, and the other won’t load, I guess he don’t know?!?!?! But, they all say Wednesday is good so we going with it. Like I said last week, we have whole alligators again that range from 10-15 pounds so let me know what size you want. Every other day is a good grilling day so grab some things off our frozen menu for your grill at the house. If you are new to Cajun Prairie, we have frozen and hot items available. OGALLALA is our only stop this week. The weather is looking pretty squirrelly but I think it might be ok Friday the 3rd. We will be with our friends at Second Chapter Brewery from 11-7. HASTINGS, ORD,,,,, AND MORE WHOLE ALLIGATORS!!! I just got back from Louisiana (Mom says hi!) with more whole alligators and enough time to open twice! We will start it off this Friday the 27th in Hastings with our great friends at First Street Brewery from 11-7. Then Sunday you can grab your chicken food and a huge honkin plate of Louisiana goodness at Tractor supply in Ord from 11-6. Also like I said, I just got back with 50 whole alligators that range from 10-15 pounds each. They haven’t gone up this year, they are still $20 per pound. If you want to reserve an alligator or text in your food orders, my cell phone number is 308-529-7380. If possible, put your lunch orders in by 10am and dinner orders in by 3pm if possible because it’s difficult to get the phone when we are busy. We will have gators on the truck but better to text me before we leave the house to make sure you get the size you want. Ok, ok, AURORA and LEXINGTON GET CAJUN THIS WEEK!!!! Our first stop is in Aurora at AKRS John Deere on Wednesday the 18th from 11-7. Then Friday you can get your Cajun fix in Lexington at Bomgaars from 11-7. We only go to these towns a couple times per year SO HELP US TELL EVERYONE!! Tag, text, and tell all your friends.
