We repurpose fallen local oak to build layers of smoke, savory depth and subtle natural sweetness into everything from vegetables to steaks. It’s an ingredient, a technique, and the heart of how we cook.

Join us every Sunday for a curated dinner for just $38. The menu changes weekly based on what we’re excited to cook, and always includes a seasonal entrée, dessert, and a glass of house-selected wine.

It’s an easy, welcoming evening to gather, catch up, and enjoy a thoughtfully made meal without overthinking it.

Have you seen our glow-up?

We’re excited to have a brand new coat of paint on our beautiful old building. This refreshed exterior is truly a reflection of the work that’s gone into restoring and preserving the history of the building.

We have a few more finishing touches that we’re excited to share soon that will make Eight North truly feel like it’s a part of the Calistoga town square.

Heirloom tomatoes with green tahini, sesame dukkah and caramelized shallot vinaigrette—juicy, savory and made for dragging your fork through every last bit of sauce. Thanks to our amazing partners at FEED Cooperative and Tookey Farms.
