✨ Employee Spotlight: Victor ✨

If you’ve spent any time at our California shop, you’ve probably met Victor. He joined The Beanery after coming to us from our friends at Flour Bakery, and from day one, he just fit.
•
Victor is one of those people who lets his actions do the talking. He’s hardworking, dependable and kind. Whether he’s helping the kitchen, or supporting his team through a busy rush, he’s always willing to do whatever needs to be done.
•
As our California Shop Manager, he genuinely cares about creating a great environment for both our team and our guests.
•
Fun fact: If Victor’s grabbing a shift meal, there’s about a 99% chance it’s involves our pork carnitas.
